Return Policy
We guarantee our product to be of high quality and free of defects. If for some reason your order needs to be returned use the address on the customer service packing slip. These returns must be done within 30 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective / non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on these items. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in re-saleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no marking or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Backorder Policy
We can not accept back orders. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected arrival time and can order at that time, or you may order a different item. Otherwise we will issue a credit or refund. Please note that we work very hard to maintain an in stock rating.
Shipping Policies
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days via ups ground delivery and should be received within 7-10 days depending on the destination. If a rush order is required it will be shipped within 2 business days and you should receive the order within 4 days. There will be an additional charge for rush deliveries.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional time especially during Holiday seasons. We will contact you if there will be a shipping delay. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total order before discounts.
All our shipments are insured. We ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico, Quam, Virgin Islands and Military APO-FPO addresses.
Damaged Goods Policy
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you with instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
